This is the first entry in our new blog—a blog that's intended to be all about our books, our patrons, and our community. So I'd like to start off with a bit of a Celebration. This Celebration is for one of our patrons, A.C., who aced his SAT Exams. We're so happy for him!
A.C. first visited our library with his mom when he was no more than knee-high to a Key Deer. (Okay, maybe he was a wee bit taller than that.) He was a bright, smart, little boy and we always enjoyed their visits. Now he's grown into an intelligent young man—one who realized that he'd have to study long and hard for those SAT Exams. He studied, and he scored. And we're so happy that all those days, weeks, and months paid off for him. Now he'll be eligible to apply to any of the colleges he has on his "Wish List."
Way to go, A.C.!
